📦 Processing Time

All orders are lovingly packed and dispatched within 2–4 working days. During busy periods or special launches, dispatch times may be slightly extended - but we’ll always keep you informed.

🚚 Delivery Options

We currently ship within the UK. All parcels are sent via Royal Mail or a trusted courier service, with tracked delivery available at checkout. Estimated delivery times:

Standard UK Delivery: 3–5 working days after dispatch
Express UK Delivery: 1–2 working days after dispatch

If you need your order by a specific date (for gifting or special occasions), please let us know - we’ll do our best to accommodate.

Total costs will be calculated at check out.

🌍 International Shipping

We’re working on expanding our pastel pamper experience globally. If you're outside the UK and would love to place an order, feel free to contact us - we may be able to arrange a custom shipment.

💌 Delivery Issues

If your parcel hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please email us at pastelpassions@yahoo.com with your order number. We’ll investigate and support you every step of the way.

🎁 Packaging

Every order is packed with care in our signature pastel style in a gift box (example below) within a mailing bag to keep the box looking nice. If you're sending a gift, you can add a personal message at checkout - we’ll include it with love. Send us the details via our Contact Us page.
